Finance & Accounting Intern

As part of our growth, we're seeking a Finance & Accounting Intern to work alongside our experienced finance team, contributing to intricate day-to-day financial processes. You’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in budgeting, bookkeeping, ERP system management & invoicing.

What will you do as a Finance & Accounting Intern? 

• Processes accounts and incoming payments in compliance with the company’s financial policies and procedures.  

• Handling, scanning, and booking of incoming invoices for Greek & Foreign customers and vendors. 

• Accurately identify and register vendors’ invoices at the corresponding cost center. 

• Performs data entry associated with accounts payable and receivable.  

• Bank statements reconciliation. 

• Prepare documents for monthly accounting processes.  

The main qualifications for this Finance & Accounting Intern are:  

• Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Finance & Accounting, or a related field. 

• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured financial procedures. 

• Advanced use of English language (both oral and written) 

• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting payable principles  

• Basic knowledge of calculating and managing accounting and financial reports. 

• Strong time management and organizational skills.
