As an IT System Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in our company’s internal infrastructure including platforms and accounts, internal processes as well as customer connections.
You will be responsible for a robust, well-structured and organized infrastructure environment, assisting with continuous improvements and innovations.
Your work will significantly impact our day-to-day operations, affecting the entire organization and our success stories!
What will you do as an IT System Administrator?
Manage our MS 365 Suite and its components such as Exchange, SharePoint.
Manage user accounts and internal policies/procedures.
Manage platforms and their integrations where applicable.
Perform user equipment deployments and automate internal processes where possible.
Provide assistance to staff in various areas.
Install, configure and maintain internal on-premise servers.
Maintain, organize and improve the network infrastructure where applicable.
Communicate with customers and their IT departments in order to establish remote connections.
Perform system administration tasks on Windows and Linux Servers, including maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration, software installation, patches, upgrades.
Participate in efforts to increase monitoring, logging, and signaling capabilities.
Write technical design documents where required.
The main qualifications for the IT System Administrator role are:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience or specialized training) in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Networking or related subjects.
5+ years in IT Systems Administration including Networking.
Very good knowledge in servers and operating systems, Windows and Linux.
Very good knowledge in networking (switches, routing, vlans, VPN).
Good knowledge in virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent.
Good knowledge of MS 365, Sharepoint, Microsoft Exchange.
Working knowledge of SQL databases.
Working knowledge of Active Directory.
Nice to have
Working experience with Intune or equivalent platforms and exposure to new user onboarding processes.
Good knowledge of Web servers and SSL certificates.
Good understanding of Azure AD.
Experience with platform integrations.
Experience with Cybersecurity.
Understanding of authorization methods and platforms such as Keycloak.
