The Sales Operations Intern will work closely with the Sales team to streamline sales processes, support sales strategy execution, and provide data-driven insights. This is a hands-on learning opportunity to gain exposure to various sales tools, CRM systems, and analytical techniques while contributing to impactful projects within the pharma world! 

 

What will you do as a Sales Operations Intern?

  • Assist with data management and CRM administration (HubSpot), integrating sales and marketing processes into the system. 

  • Create potential clients’ lists to support the business development sales activities within the company and identify industry trends and market opportunities. 

  • Support sales forecasting and pipeline reporting by creating and managing sales dashboards reports and KPIs. 

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis. 

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help optimize sales workflows. 

  • Assist in sales enablement initiatives, including training materials and resources. 

  • Responsible for keeping system documentation up-to-date and provide support for ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.  

  • Preparation of marketing material such as newsletters and LinkedIn posts. 

  • Prospect call/meeting preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information. 

The main qualifications for this Sales Operations Intern role are:  

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time productively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. 

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills. 

  • Interest in sales and business development. 

  • Team spirit; you seriously care about what you do and appreciate collaborating with your colleagues.
