What’s In for You


As a part of your daily work, you will be dealing with various projects for the pharma and biopharma industries, within a highly dedicated team of Professionals.

The Engineering Manager is responsible for ensuring that the obligations of the contract between the client and the company are fulfilled and will be involved in businesses from the construction of a single piece of equipment up to completely new manufacturing sites.

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the internal engineering team activities and organizing the team's responsibilities.



What will you do as an Engineering Manager role?


  • Overall responsible for the execution of large projects being involved through all phases of the project, from the quotation, right up to commissioning, handover and project close down.
  • Managing projects according to OEMs Guidelines.
  • Coordinates activities between the OEM and the end customer while being responsible for the project's success and monitoring project KPI's.
  • Responsible for ensuring a strong culture of ownership within the project team in meeting the project objectives.
  • Responsible for completion of phase gate reviews and reporting of the development in the project to multiple stakeholders e.g. steering committee, customer.
  • Performing Risk Management to mitigate and minimize project risks.



The main qualifications for this Engineering Manager role are:


  • Studies in the fields of mechanical or process engineering, bioengineering, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, industrial engineering, automation engineering, or clean room technology.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in pharma engineering or production environment.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, knowledge of Autocad or other design software
  • Experience in working on multinational projects.
  • Experienced in intercultural management.
  • Ability to travel in Greece and abroad.
  • Must possess excellent English language communication skills both written & verbal. A second language is a plus.
